Remember, you don't have to save all the citizens - you can pass the level if even one is left standing at the end. So find your favorite citizen and follow him around, blasting enemies that try to convert him to the undead.
Tips & Tricks
Use The Radar, Luke - Your radar is your friend, use it often! Look at the radar to see where clusters of enemies are, then go get 'em.
Upgrade Wisely - Upgrading to the appropriate weapons at the right time is key to getting through all levels of Zombie Storm.
