Q: How does ordering work / how do I receive my order?
A: Our very trusted e-commerce partner BMT Micro, Reflexive Entertainment, or Trymedia will handle your order. Each e-commerce partner is very respected in the shareware industry with many years experience.
After payment is received you receive instructions via email to download your game(s) and activate full versions. This email typically arrives within minutes of an online credit card order. You will also be mailed your order on CD if you chose to receive it this way. Some full versions of games provided via Trymedia or Reflexive may also activate immediately upon purchase.

Q: How does Club ArcadeTown work?
A: Enjoy our eligible games at the Club ArcadeTown discount price. When you join your first purchase is at your club price. Each following month you will receive one club credit at your club price. Redeem a club credit to get the full version of any eligible game. Get as many games as you want, club members may purchase additional eligible games at your club price.
Club ArcadeTown membership will continue until you cancel. You cannot cancel until the commitment period selected upon joining is met. Afterwards you may cancel any time.
Club ArcadeTown limited to indicated games only. Not valid in combination with other offers. CD-Rom does not apply.
Q: How do I order games using my Club ArcadeTown credits?
A: To order eligible club games using your club credits, simply select "Current Club Member" while ordering your game then select the "Login" link from the order page. Any available club credits will then be applied to your order. If you do not have enough club credits available, additional eligible club games can be purchased at your club price.
If the club option does not appear while ordering your game then sorry that game is not eligible for Club ArcadeTown.
Q: I forgot my Club ArcadeTown login or want to view / update my club account.
A: To recover your club login and password visit our club login screen and select the lost password link. Your club login is typically your email address. You may also view available club credits and view/update your club settings including your credit card payment information.
Q: How does normal pricing or multi-pack discount work?
A: Without Club ArcadeTown, you may purchase game(s) for our normal one-time price or save using our multi-pack discount.
With multi-pack you save 35% on every order of 2 or more eligible games. While ordering simply select any additional games to get your discount and save. If you do not select, or cannot select additional games then multi-pack does not apply. Multi-pack limited to indicated games only. Not valid in combination with other offers. CD-Rom does not apply.
Q: How many computers can I install the game on?
A: Sometimes you may wish to install the game on your home computer, a work computer, or a children's computer. You may install each game you order on up to 2 separate computers. If you need to install any game on to more computers then you must order additional copies.
Q: I paid for my game but have not received it yet.
A: You should receive download instructions for your game via email after completing your order.
Here are the most common reasons for not receiving your instructions
If you still do not receive your download instructions after correcting the above, please contact us to let us know you need your download instructions resent. When contacting us, enter your full name so we can look up your order. Once again, Please DOUBLE CHECK that you are using the correct email address.
Q: I received my download instructions but cannot download the game.
A: Some systems such as AOL may prevent you from downloading the games. Try copying and pasting or manually typing in download link from the email into your web browser's url bar. Also please check your system settings (such as your AOL security controls) and temporarily decrease your security level while you try the download.
If you still cannot download the games, please contact us to let us know you need us to send manual download instructions.
Q: I need to re-download a game I purchased, how can I do that?
A: See the recover prior order help center.
We WILL lookup your order and only if found will send you a new download link. Please DO NOT bother with bogus inquiries.
Q: Can I get a game on CD-ROM?
A: While ordering select the order on CD ROM option (if available) to receive your order on CD ROM for the additional price as shown. If you do not see an order on CD ROM option then the option is not available for that game. The price shown is valid internationally for all countries.
You may additionally download your order if desired, you do not have to wait to get your CD ROM. CD ROM is great for backup purposes, for computers that do not have internet access, and more.
If you have already placed your order and wish to get your game on CD ROM then please Contact Our Ordering Service BMT Micro and let them know what your order ID was and what games you wish to receive on CD ROM.
You are also free to burn the downloaded games on to a CD ROM yourself in you have access to a CD ROM burner.
There is no additional shipping and handling fee for the CD ROM, this is included in the price. The CD ROM price is valid world wide.
Q: How do I order from an international / non-USA country?
A: We accept many forms of payment to assist international customers.
Most international customers use a credit card / debit card or PayPal. Your credit card company will automatically charge you the appropriate local currency amount plus they typically charge a small percentage fee for the currency conversion.
Otherwise use a money order or cashier's check made out for the exact specified amount in USD (must be in USD, not your local currency). You can get a money order from your local post office, bank, and many other places. Sorry personal checks are not acceptable for international orders.
In addition Switch/Solo (UK customers) and Deutsche Bank wire transfer (German/EU customers) are available.

Q: How do I pay via PayPal?
A: When ordering choose the payment method "PayPal". Once you complete your order you will be provided instructions to complete your order via PayPal. Follow those instructions to complete your payment and receive your order.
Once you complete your payment using Paypal using electronic payment methods such as credit card, it typically takes about 1 - 2 hours (24 hours max) for your order to complete and for you to receive your order. If you choose to pay via check or money order via Paypal then futher delays will occurr.
Q: How do I pay via Deutsche Bank wire transfer?
A: EU customers may find using Deutsche Bank's wire transfer to be a great option. When ordering choose the payment method "Deutsche Bank". You will be provided instructions to complete your order via Deutsche Bank wire transfer after you enter your order. Follow those instructions to complete your payment and receive your order.
Q: How do I pay by personal check, money order, or cashier's check?
A: When ordering choose the payment method "pay by mail" and follow the printable mail order instructions that your are provided. Your order will be sent to you via email once we receive your payment by mail.
USA customers may pay by personal check, money order, or cashier's check made out to the requested amount.
International / non-USA customers can use money order or cashier's check made out to the exact specified amount in USD (must be in USD, not your local currency).
