Build up your fleet by saving as many ships from each mission as possible. The bigger your fleet the more firepower it has which makes your life much easier.

Destroy enemy ships quickly! Just like your fleet, the larger the enemy fleet is the more firepower they have.

Blast spatial mines while enemy ships are nearby for greater damage.

Use auto-fire (by holding mouse button down) except when extremely rapid fire is required. It shoots pretty fast and saves wear-n-tear on your mouse button finger.

Learn to overshoot. Aim your shots in front of what you wish to shoot so when your shots get there they hit the target.

Learn to shoot below enemy ships then into them so any shots they fire are also destroyed. This does not work with enemy ships that shoot lasers however.

Here are the cheat key sequences. To use one, type in the sequence of keys while the game is in play. Once a cheat is used, the player's score is no longer kept and is not eligible for the high score list.
